All Supercell trademarks and game assets used in Clashy are the property of Supercell and are used in accordance with their fan content policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Clashy at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or harm the platform or its users.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clashy is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always be safe, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the platform.
